1. Service Agreement

By booking services with Wedding Veracity Group, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include bridal makeup, hair styling, and related beauty services for weddings and special events.

2. Booking and Payment

• A deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking
• Final payment is due 7 days before your event
• Cancellations made 30+ days in advance receive full refund minus processing fees
• Cancellations made 14-29 days in advance receive 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 14 days in advance are non-refundable

3. Service Delivery

We commit to providing professional beauty services as agreed. Trial sessions are recommended and available for an additional fee. We use professional-grade, hypoallergenic products suitable for photography and long-wear occasions.

4. Liability

While we take every precaution, clients with sensitive skin or allergies should inform us during consultation. We are not liable for allergic reactions to products when proper disclosure has not been made.

5. Photography and Marketing

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes unless explicitly declined in writing. Client privacy and consent are respected at all times.
